Billing & Subscription Terms

Billing Structure

All purchases are billed as a one-time upfront payment for the selected access period (e.g. annual access).

Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.

By completing your purchase, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for each renewal period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date. Cancellation will:

• Stop future billing
• Allow continued access until the end of the current paid period

No partial-period cancellations or mid-term cancellations will be processed.

Refund Policy

All payments are final. We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Unused time
• Failure to use the product

However, nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing for future billing periods. Any changes will apply only to renewals and will be communicated in advance where required.

Access

Access to paid features will remain active for the duration of the paid billing period unless terminated due to breach of terms.
