Fantasy NBA War Room accepts no responsibility or liability for any result, loss, underperformance, or outcome — financial or otherwise — arising from any decision made using this Service.

Fantasy NBA War Room provides fantasy basketball tools, rankings, analysis, and draft assistance for personal, non-commercial use. The Service includes both free and paid features.
All content — including rankings, projections, player analysis, and strategy guides — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice or guarantees any fantasy sports outcome.
To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions. Accounts found to be shared with non-paying users may be suspended without refund.
You may sign in to your account on any number of your own devices. There is no limit on concurrent active sessions, and signing in on another device does not automatically sign out existing sessions. You can review and sign out active sessions in Account Settings.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use free features of the Service with parental or guardian consent.
Paid access is subject to our Billing and Purchase Terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to those terms in full.
The US$19.90 full-access launch offer is a one-time purchase for the 2026–27 NBA season only, including Draft Kit and War Room. It does not automatically renew. Access to a subsequent season requires a separate purchase at the price offered for that season.
Draft Kit provides access to all Draft Kit tools for the 2026–27 NBA season only. War Room provides access to all War Room tools for the 2026–27 NBA season only and includes Draft Kit access, subject to the same season expiry. Neither product is a lifetime or ongoing subscription.

All content on Fantasy NBA War Room — including rankings, projections, strategy guides, the War Room Score, graphics, and written analysis — is the property of Fantasy NBA War Room Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our express written consent.
NBA team names, logos, and player names are the property of their respective owners. Fantasy NBA War Room is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA or any of its member clubs.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
This includes usage analytics, device information, session data, and behavioural data collected to improve the platform, personalise your experience, and detect fraudulent or abusive access patterns. Device fingerprinting is used for account security and abuse detection, not to limit the number of devices or concurrent sessions.
By creating an account or submitting your email address through any form on the Service, you consent to receiving product updates and relevant communications from Fantasy NBA War Room. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at admin@fanwarroom.com.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any device on which you access the Service, including devices on which you have enabled biometric authentication.
Biometric login is an optional convenience feature. It allows you to sign in to Fantasy NBA War Room using the biometric authentication already available on your device — such as Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a supported Android biometric method. Enabling biometric login does not replace your email and password, which remain your primary login credentials.
If you believe a trusted device has been lost, stolen, or compromised, you should immediately remove it from your Trusted Devices list and, if necessary, change your password.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Fantasy NBA War Room is a recommendation and support tool only. All content — including rankings, projections, player analysis, and draft advice — represents general information and editorial opinion. It does not constitute personalised advice and does not guarantee any specific fantasy outcome. You acknowledge that all fantasy basketball decisions are made solely by you, and that the Service is not a substitute for your own independent judgement.
We do not warrant that:
Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy NBA War Room and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
All decisions made using this Service — including but not limited to draft picks, waiver wire acquisitions, trade decisions, and lineup choices — are made entirely at your own risk. Fantasy NBA War Room provides support and recommendations only. We do not make decisions on your behalf, and we accept no liability whatsoever for any outcome, loss, or underperformance resulting from any fantasy decision you make, whether or not that decision was informed by content from this Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued.
We also reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorised sharing, fraudulent access, or abuse of the platform as determined by our security monitoring systems.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at admin@fanwarroom.com.
The US$19.90 full-access launch offer, Draft Kit and War Room purchases carry a 7-day money-back guarantee. We will provide a full refund if you request it within 7 days from the purchase date by contacting us at admin@fanwarroom.com with your order details. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will not be issued in cases of account termination due to breach of these Terms. Nothing in this refund policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
