Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fantasy NBA War Room ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Description of Service

Fantasy NBA War Room provides fantasy basketball tools, rankings, analysis, and draft assistance for personal, non-commercial use. The Service includes both free and paid features.

All content — including rankings, projections, player analysis, and strategy guides — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice or guarantees any fantasy sports outcome.

User Accounts

To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions. Accounts found to be shared with non-paying users may be suspended without refund.

Access is limited to 2 concurrent active sessions per account at any time. Simultaneous login from more than 2 devices will terminate the oldest active session automatically.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use free features of the Service with parental or guardian consent.

Purchases and Billing

Paid access is subject to our Billing and Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to those terms in full.

Draft Kit is a one-time purchase providing access to all Draft Kit tools for the nominated NBA season only. Access expires at the end of the nominated NBA season. A new purchase is required to access Draft Kit tools in subsequent seasons.

War Room is a one-time purchase providing access to all War Room tools for the nominated NBA season only. Access expires at the end of the nominated NBA season. A new purchase is required to access War Room tools in subsequent seasons. Draft Kit access is included with every War Room purchase and is subject to the same season expiry.

Neither Draft Kit nor War Room constitutes a lifetime or ongoing subscription. All access is season-specific and time-limited to the nominated NBA season at the time of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access non-public portions of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Share paid content, rankings, or tools with non-paying users
• Share your account credentials with any other person

Intellectual Property

All content on Fantasy NBA War Room — including rankings, projections, strategy guides, the War Room Score, graphics, and written analysis — is the property of Fantasy NBA War Room Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our express written consent.

NBA team names, logos, and player names are the property of their respective owners. Fantasy NBA War Room is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA or any of its member clubs.

Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

This includes usage analytics, device information, session data, and behavioural data collected to improve the platform, personalise your experience, and detect fraudulent or abusive access patterns. Device fingerprinting is used to enforce account security and concurrent session limits.

By creating an account or submitting your email address through any form on the Service, you consent to receiving product updates and relevant communications from Fantasy NBA War Room. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at admin@fanwarroom.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Fantasy NBA War Room is a recommendation and support tool only. All content — including rankings, projections, player analysis, and draft advice — represents general information and editorial opinion. It does not constitute personalised advice and does not guarantee any specific fantasy outcome. You acknowledge that all fantasy basketball decisions are made solely by you, and that the Service is not a substitute for your own independent judgement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Rankings, projections, or analysis will be accurate or result in any particular fantasy outcome
• Any recommendation or advice will lead to a positive result in any fantasy competition
• Any errors will be corrected

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy NBA War Room and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

All decisions made using this Service — including but not limited to draft picks, waiver wire acquisitions, trade decisions, and lineup choices — are made entirely at your own risk. Fantasy NBA War Room provides support and recommendations only. We do not make decisions on your behalf, and we accept no liability whatsoever for any outcome, loss, or underperformance resulting from any fantasy decision you make, whether or not that decision was informed by content from this Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued.

We also reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorised sharing, fraudulent access, or abuse of the platform as determined by our security monitoring systems.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at admin@fanwarroom.com.

Refund Policy

Draft Kit and War Room purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment. To request a refund, contact us at admin@fanwarroom.com with your order details. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the original payment date will not be eligible. Refunds will not be issued in cases of account termination due to breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
